Your Delivery process
Order will Go through 2 phases of processing :
- Orders processing time:
Time is needed to process the orders received. It included checking the payment and the address to which the shipping has to be done. - Shipping Time :
We need to the address to which the product has to be shipped. Depending on the location the time will vary of the receiving the product. You can tract the order once we send you the invoice and the order tracking no.
1. Customer needs to provide valid address, phone no and email to process the order – Please check your shipping and billing information is correct.
2. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive payment confirmation – usually it is the same day. You can provide us additional instructions ex. time to be delivered and availability in the box provided below . Details are then sent to the courier company for processing. Please note that this instruction will be carried out solely on terms and conditions of the courier company.
3. Once your order is processed we send you email intimation – Which includes your Invoice and your Order tracking number.
4. The Customer should not accept the deliveries where the box or the packaging has been tampered or if the box is empty.
5. Upon receiving the package please check the contents of the package before signing the delivery receipt.
6. If you are not available at the time of the delivery then the courier company shall try one more time before the product is returned to us. All cost of re-shipment will be then charged to the customer.
7. Delivery Guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name, address or contact information may result in non delivery of the product.
8. We provide FREE shipping to orders above Rs. 999/- for most of the location in India. For orders below Rs.999/- we will charge a flat rate of Rs. 70 for all over India except for state of Goa it is Rs 40.
9. For shipping to the location which are inaccessible or remote areas where special arrangement is needed we will charge the actual shipping charged by the shipping company. For this type of shipment there might be additional days needed to deliver the products** You can track your order with tracking number provided.
10. As of now we don’t have cash on delivery option available. We will update you as soon as we have it available.
After placing the order successfully and upon confirmation of payment received we will process your order based on following:
Orders received after 10 am – Order before 10 am (local time) Will be processed and shipped on the same day (subject to payment confirmation). You will receive your order in 2 – 7 working days.
Orders made after 10 am – will take an additional working day (working days excludes: Sunday & Bank Holidays).

3. Actual Charge by Courier Company : For remote/inaccessible areas.

Color Vibes has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website.
- Color Vibes can at any time ask the Customer for the proof of having received the promo code.
- Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by Color Vibes.
- Promo codes, at Color Vibes discretion are applicable on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions.
- Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other special offer running on the site.
- For offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
- For a payment received after the expiry of the promo code the discount will not be applicable on that order.
