Return
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Gift cards
- Inner wears or under garments
1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Please do not send your purchase back to the seller without emailing in that you are returning and the reason for returning the goods.
1. Products which has obvious signs of use
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refund
1. If you haven’t received a refund kindly check your with your bank first.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchange and Returns terms and conditions
1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side or from our vendors.
2. While choosing the size customer must make sure of the sizes before ordering , however if you still have ordered the wrong size we will still help you to get the exchange only if the exchange conditions are meet.
3. If the product has been modified by the buyer or requested the seller to modify – those products will not be exchanged by us.
If you need to exchange it for damage /defect/same item due to size then send us email along with the full invoice and product details along with the reason for return at return@colorvibes.store. We will then review and update if you are eligible for refund/exchange after that you can send us the product in original condition to our head office address : 622/w, comercet, curtorim, Near shripad shrivallabh temple, Margao – Goa 403709.

At Color Vibes we take lot of care in finding the right fabric and all product go through lots of checking & inspection. However if you feel that it is not fitting you or you are not satisfied with the product we will help you to return the product or exchange it. We do have certain process which we follow when do the return and Exchange.
FOR EXCHANGE
1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
2. If the size your order is big or small for you.
If you need to exchange it for the damage/defect/same item due to size issue, send us an email along with full invoice and product details at returns@colorvibes.store and send your item to: 622/W, Comercet, Curtorim, Near Shripad Shree vallabh Temple, Margao, Goa – 403709.
If you are not Satisfied with the product you can exchange/return the product within 7 days from the day the order is delivered.
1. Exchange of the product is possible based on the availability of the different size.
2. You need email us at returns@colorvibes.store and let us know about the return/exchange providing the invoice no and the product details
3. Then you can send your product to our registered address for exchange/return order.
4. For exchange/returns all the good must be packed in the same packing material and should be same state as you received it.
5. Products sent for exchange will be checked by our team to ensure that the product is not used or worn. Once satisfied our team will intimate you via email of the approval.
6. Product should be accompanied with the original /copy of the invoice for all returns.
7. Once your product is approved for exchange we will send you email and update on the delivery.
8. For Money back – we will return your money from the same mode of payment made by you at the time of Purchase. The refund will be credited to your account within the time span given by your bank.
9. If the product is purchased at discounted/ Sale price we will refund the same as per the invoice. If there is any difference of amount for the new item chosen and the old item then the same shall be borne by the customer.
10. At Color Vibes Private Limited we reserve the right to approval the full refund or partial refund based on the quality inspection of the products.
11. We accept only within 7 days from the product delivery to the customer. No return/exchange will be allowed after 7 days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 622/W, Comercet, Curtorim, Near Shripad Shree vallabh Temple, Margao, Goa – 403709.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders & Cancellations FAQS
1. If there is some error while processing your order payment you need to contact the payment gateway company/Your bank. We will only confirm the order processing once we receive the payment.
2. Since it is online based processing sometimes it so happens that the product you are ordering is out of stock in that case we will help you to select different product of your choice. If there is any different between the old and new product then the customer has to pay the difference.
Cancellation of the Order is not allowed after the payment is made, you receive the order confirmation email and order is sent for processing.
So make sure you confirm and check all the products and items before you process the payment.
